Venue Rental

The Barns at Maple Valley Farm is situated in the middle of 47 acres of equestrian farmland. Both barns were re-designed to give the elegance and prestige of the Triple Crown Races; the Derby, the Preakness and the Belmont. Fitted with custom cupolas on the roofs, stained rafters, rustic bronze chandeliers and fixtures, four indoor restrooms, marbled concrete floors, ceiling fans and convenient side doors to regulate air flow during the event; every detail was thoughtfully created and engineered.

With all of the upgrades, The Barns at Maple Valley Farm is one of the most affordable and unique venues in the West Virginia, Maryland, Northern Virginia, and DC area. That means with a small budget (making great use of our naturally beautiful space), a large budget (with amazing florals, a designer dress, and a well-known wedding planner), or anything in between, The Barns may be a dream location for your wedding day.

Two Day Rental: $4,350

Rentals start Friday from 3pm - 8 pm for setup and/or rehearsal; The Barns will open again Saturday 2 hours prior to  the ceremony time and the event must conclude no later than 11 pm, with an hour clean-up to conclude no later than 12 am.
