Venue Rental
The Barns at Maple Valley Farm is situated in the middle of 47 acres of equestrian farmland. Both barns were re-designed to give the elegance and prestige of the Triple Crown Races; the Derby, the Preakness and the Belmont. Fitted with custom cupolas on the roofs, stained rafters, rustic bronze chandeliers and fixtures, four indoor restrooms, marbled concrete floors, ceiling fans and convenient side doors to regulate air flow during the event; every detail was thoughtfully created and engineered.
With all of the upgrades, The Barns at Maple Valley Farm is one of the most affordable and unique venues in the West Virginia, Maryland, Northern Virginia, and DC area. The Barns may be the dream location for your wedding day.

Two Day Rental: $5350
Our 2 day- (up to 13 hours total)
Friday 3pm-8pm (For Decorating, Rehearsal and/or Rehearsal Dinner)
Saturday Opens 2- hours prior to Wedding
Wedding / Reception 5 hour time slot up to 11pm
1 Hour Clean Up - To Conclude no later than 12 midnight
Dates are only held with a signed contract and deposit
Rental Fee is $5350 plus 6% WV state tax
