The Barns at Maple Valley Farm is a privately owned, fully operational equestrian farm.

NOW BOOKING: for 2026 Wedding Dates between MAY 2 to OCTOBER 17. 2026

Prior to scheduling a tour, please make sure The Barns is a match for your total Wedding budget

Dates can only be held with a signed contract and deposit

2025/2026 Wedding Package $5475

Up to 150 Guests

2 Days - 13 hours Total for Friday & Saturday

Friday : (5 hours)

3pm- 8pm for Set Up, Rehearsal & Rehearsal Dinner

Saturday: (8 hours)

2 hours before Ceremony for Vendor Set Up, Getting Ready & Photos

5 hours- Ceremony, Cocktail Hour, Dinner & Dancing

1 hour Clean Up which includes removal of all personal property

and trash removal from all rooms and containers.

Festivities to End 5 hours from Ceremony time or by 10pm

Vacate property 1 hour after Festivities End or by 11pm

Courtyard or Arbor, Ceremony Location, Indoor Ceremony Site

(For Inclement Weather)

Up to 150 Chairs Total for Ceremony & Reception

8- Round Tables & 11 Farm Tables Included for Reception

All VENDORS WELCOME - Must Be Licensed & Insured

Bartenders Must Be Certified

BAR will only be OPEN During Cocktail Hour & Reception

& Close 30 Minutes before end of Reception
